Board Evaluation Services: In partnership with CK Coombs & Co, we get under the skin of what’s really happening across all the Board’s workings and communications. We bring expert leadership insight and strategic risk governance to your bespoke external evaluation and board development programme.
Board and Management Process Design and "Content Rich" Facilitation: We design and facilitate processes and offsites based on proven techniques that overcome the behavioral and informational biases and conflicts inherent in the relationship between boards and their executive teams, to enable them to have constructive discussions about strategic risks.
Strategic Risk Early Warning Services: We provide two types of independent monitoring services to boards and management teams: Deliberately collecting information that is inconsistent with or contradicts key assumptions that underlie a company's strategy (in the spirit of the Team A/Team B or "Red Team" approach used by defense and intelligence organizations), and collecting information related to early warning indicators that have been established for the most uncertain and dangerous potential risks that could threaten a company's survival.
Custom Strategic Risk Research: Providing boards and management teams with customized assessments, advice, and coaching on critical uncertainties they face.
